Shipping Policy

Please note that all pre-orders and custom orders will be processed in the order they are received. Pre- orders and custom orders have a 7-14 business day turnaround time. Shipping is 2-3 business days via UPS.  Monday- Friday are business days. Holidays are not included. 

Ready to ship units in the US will ship out within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. For international orders please allow 6-10 business days. 
You can avoid delays in shipping by ensuring the billing and shipping addresses are correct at checkout. 

All wig orders require the Wig Buyer Form to be filled within 24 hours of purchasing. Click here to complete form. 

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email that is provided at checkout. We are NOT responsible for any items that may be lost or delayed in transit. Please contact your local UPS with any concerns regarding orders.
